About Goals

Goals is on a mission to redefine the world of beer. With our innovative, natural beers, such as Goals Boost, we offer a unique drinking experience. We are looking for a driven Commercial Sales Representative for (initially) the Limburg region, who is passionate about our vision and is ready to significantly increase our presence in the B2B segment. This role is crucial for building and maintaining long-term relationships with drinks retailers, catering establishments, event organizers and supermarkets, as well as managing the supply chain to ensure continuity of supply.

Purpose of the position

As a Commercial Representative at Goals you are responsible for building, expanding and maintaining commercial relationships within the B2B segment, including beverage retailers, catering establishments, event organizers and supermarkets. Your focus is on achieving commercial objectives and supporting our partners in their marketing efforts around our products.

Core responsibilities
  • Active acquisition and relationship management within the assigned geographical area, with an initial focus on Limburg.
  • Establishing and managing an efficient supply chain to ensure continuous delivery of products.
  • Providing support to end customers in their marketing activities and promotion of Goals products.
  • Achieving established sales goals through proactive sales efforts and customer follow-up.
  • Carrying out daily reporting of appointments, sales, and feedback via standardized tools.
Requirements
  • Strong affinity with and knowledge of the non-alcoholic beer market and trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrable independence and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience in sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • Passion for non-alcoholic beer and the beverage industry in general.
